Real Estate investor in Spain

All,

I am a buy-and-hold real estate investor in Europe, who recently discovered the BiggerPockets community. I have been buying since 2007 in Germany, now I am jumping full time into Spain, as I consider that there is a big opportunity (there are some market niches with lots of sellers and no buyers). I am investing my own money and pooling funds from co-investors for buy-and-hold rentals.

I would like to validate that the investment structure that I am considering is fair and safe both for me and my co-investors.

Anybody with experience in creating real estate funds via private placements?

Gabriel
