My plan is that outside of my 60 hour work week I will view properties and analyze deals on the weekends just to increase my knowledge and understand what a good deal really looks like in my area.

With my primary job  background 60-80 hour work weeks are not uncommon which actually is why I am pushing for that FI funny enough :)   My concern is the funding and balancing two projects I guess. 

It's easy to create yourself another stressful 80hr work week where you are earning significantly less per hour than you can in your professional career. 

Thanks for the feedback everyone.I guess my thinking is that a 3% commission on a 550k 4-plex comes out to over $16,000.This equates to a full month of 40 hour work weeks (160 hours) billed out at $100/hr.
