With regards to postage, the Post Office has a bundle package that can lower the cost of postage but like others have said, I don't want that classic printed red ink stamp, I think that makes the envelope more junk than original.

It's a classic risk vs reward scenario.

@James Peoples they have a mail merge feature on Click2Mail. try using the classic style.

I was a little concerned with it being too modern for our more classic bathroom remodel.

Assuming you are a classic wholesaler where you buy low and sell low (not flipping lease options, etc) your absentee owner list should targeted to in/out of state owners who have owned their property for 10+ years.

I think it was great what the cops did and the bait car has got to be a classic... when you hear those kids on the videos you know what we are up against with those that have no respect for authority or the laws of the land.The Washington DC sting was classic.. you had all these bail jumpers lining up for their Redskins tickets cops would check their ID's tell them they are in just go through the door in the back and get your free tickets .. and the cops just arrested them on the spot and took them to the paddy wagon...

classic example of not being able to close on a deal in the first place.. is it legal in IL to sell property you don't own without being a RE agent. 

.. not because they haven't asked, but because he pulls the classic 'bait and switch'; gets you sold on his bs program, gets your fee upfront... 

@Jeremy T  good idea, split test the classic version against any other form of direct mail.
