@Kenneth Shelley I like the Orlando market also, I actually have begun to build out my team in that area and find some deals.

Just a little background, I moved to Texas from Asia not too long ago and have begun to invest in residential real estate.

Hi All - My name is Julian, I've been perusing through the BiggerPockets forums for the last couple of months and have begun listening to the podcasts as well; both excellent sources for real estate.  

Because of the competition and low cap rates experienced in Las Vegas at the moment, myself and my business parter have begun looking into other markets.I have applied for a HELOC through Wells Fargo and have been approved for a HELOC of ~$37k. 

I am a realtor and have begun investing in my area I own 2 rental properties that have no mortgage in other words they were bought cash and are both rented and cash flowing at the moment.
