? Best podio apps for CRM/Marketing Automation?

In Podio, I'm seeing that CRM and Marketing are two sets of apps. Has anyone found a combined app? I'm looking to track a lead from capture through to the sales cycle and automate marketing activity (emails, phone call reminders, etc.) What are your best picks?

I have been working with Podio and customizing it for my wholesaling business for about 1 year. You can definitely integrate and import emails and even phone calls into the CRM. The ability to customize the apps is one of the best features but you can also create external webforms that automatically the data upload to your CRM (without giving complete access to your crm/workspace).
