Hello - I am 24 years old and have recently stopped playing minor league baseball and plan to go back to school in the state of Virginia to finish my degree.

It's a nice large home with a finished basement and in a top rated school district.  

(I kicked cancers ***😊) I I have been reading books,listening to podcast,and blogs for a long time and have started the work of attaining list and bird dogging to do wholesale transactions.

A little background on myself, I'm 21 years old, still in undergrad and in the final stages of attaining my salesperson license.

Finished all the required classes and tests and am setting up to do the application.

@Jay Hinrichs my son Michael is now a licensed GC, and we are finishing up the developers license for the LLC.

A few years back I helped my brother flip a house by going in making some design decisions and then completing work from demo to finish carpentry.

Now its down to 710 due to the 2 rehabs I just finished up.

Would be a killer time to unload any problematic properties, vacant rentals, or list projects that will be finished within forty-five days.
