KHC First Time Homebuyer Grant is out. This grant gives $10,000 towards buyers closing cost and downpayment. THIS IS AN AMAZING TIME TO LIST YOUR HOME and GET TOP DOLLAR!

Would be a killer time to unload any problematic properties, vacant rentals, or list projects that will be finished within forty-five days.
