Hello, My name is Natalie Hunter and I am a new investor in the Dallas and Collin county area of Texas. A little about myself is that I am originally from Los Angeles but I’ve been stuck melting in Dallas for the last 5 years! I’m super fun, outgoing, humble,creative, and I’m a two-time cancer survivor!(I kicked cancers ***😊) I I have been reading books,listening to podcast,and blogs for a long time and have started the work of attaining list and bird dogging to do wholesale transactions. I am so excited about this journey. Because I currently have a lot of time on my hands I think I have been able to run into some really good deals.I just wanted to introduce myself and I am looking for any one who also lives in this area who wants to partner on any deals were simply work together bird dogging. My goals are to complete a wholesale deal by the end of July. I would like to attain at least five houses by the end of the year that I can do subject to. I personally feel like there’s a lot of opportunity for that in the Frisco /Little Elm/Plano/Colony area. I want to obtain financial freedom by obtaining property to buy and hold and rent out to section 8, eventually. Overall I want to make enough capital to get start up cost to start a business that I’m more passionate about even though I love real estate and what it offers. I look forward to being apart of the bigger pockets family!
