Hi Randy ~All PMs are going to tell you the same thing, and every question can be lied about when answering.

He may be lying, but proving it will be very difficult.Suing in small claims court will not cost much and may end up with an offer to settle. 

I would love to get a group together but I would be lying if I said I was prepared for a structured meeting…I would prefer to just get a group of local investors together in a very relaxed setting to network and ask questions of one another.

But I also don't know if tenants could be lying about being nurses/executives, etc.

@Alvin I belie that's what John has tried but the banks won't finance because it's not worth their time for 80% of 65K and more importantly the new regulations passed after the mortgage disaster allow for a minimum loan amount of 75k I believe?
