Using Furnish Finder

I'm curious if anyone on the forum has used the website Furnish Finder as a strategy for their rental properties. I know in episode 563 Sarah Weaver mentions the website and wanted to receive any feedback from folk. Cheers!

We have used it for one of our properties and it has been awesome. While we have only have a few tenants, we've listed and gotten our apartment rented within a week each time. All of our tenants have been travel nurses, but we have seen applicants from other occupations as well. The most appealing aspect to us is that we live in Texas and rent a property in Oregon, and there is no expectation of a showing. We have not showed the apartment to any of our tenants who have signed leases. Most applicants are coming from another market and are not there to take a look at the place anyway. It makes self managing at a distance very easy. I have another friend in Nashville who just started listing his place on furnished finder and had the exact same experience. His place booked up without a showing within a week.

Please DM me if you want to have a more detailed chat. We're getting a short term rental off of the ground right now, which is eating up all of our time and cash, but I have had such a good experience with furnished finder that our next property will likely be a 2-4 unit property that we will furnish and list on furnished finder. The sample size is small given that we've only had a few tenants, but so far so good.
