I literally just had to "rescue" my 90 year old grandmother who was stuck on the toilet bowl at my house (while I wasn't home).

You see a lot of them talking about properties they own in their own name and how many more mortgages they can('t) get, about how they're running short of money rather than learning how to build their business entity structure, and how to attract private lenders - folks looking to rescue their retirement accounts before Wall Street goes into free fall once again.Can you support yourself while you learn about business and real estate investing?

As long as you rescue them they won't be able to save themselves, although interventions have proven effective in some cases.I am very sympathetic.

Shelter/rescue animals are not always very well socialized- that's why they get taken in to foster home, to help them learn how to behave.

Moms and Dads come to the rescue before that happens 

One last slightly off topic question but related to the site: what about posting 3 or 4 success stories such as "seller was in foreclosure, we came to the rescue, paid their full balance AND put cash in their pocket for moving expenses and post a pic of that property?

Did you notice that the American Rescue Plan proposes giving the IRS authority to "regulate paid tax preparers".

It does sound like a good PM to the rescue can turn around the spiral for now.  

The info on this site is highly fractured and a lot of it simply is not correct  take wholesaling for example half of what is talked about on this site is not even legal in many states not to mention highly unethical and immoral .. same with the foreclosure rescue sub too stuff that is starting to circulate as the rates rise in many states what's taught its not legal but its promulgated on this site from far less than experts and the beginners on this site just believe it.
