The Psychology Of Pictures On A Lead Generation Site

Hello all:
Just about have a site up for lead generation. I have been debating the main picture at the top. We have tried several and discounted them for several reasons. The idea of putting a dilapidated old shack hit and I am toying with the idea. How would this be met? What would be your thoughts of posting a 5M mansion vs posting an old 1925 farm house be for sellers psychology? Would this have any effect good or bad, or any at all? Am I making something out of nothing? Thanks!

You will need to run a split a/b variable test. This can be done with 2 websites and Google Analyitcs.

only change 1 variable each time you run a split a/b test.. let it run for a few months and see which one converts better.
