I chose the townhouse because it met my criteria, the numbers looked phenomenal, it was in a location I wanted (near the UNC Med school, dental school, hospital, and downtown CH), and because the community came with a few amenities that I think folks would find attractive. 

I did not want to be a landlord, but it happened.  5 years later I bought a second piece of property, with a three bedroom house and a nice little garage apartment on 3 acres just out of town, I bought it to build a new dental clinic(I am a dentist)  but plans changed, and it has been a very nice cash flowing piece of property. 

I myself am not feeling great after ordering take out from an upscale restaurant that went on about their hygiene procedures for COVID 19, but you never really know. 

It's expensive, has a relatively short lifespan, and is not hygienic.

Hi allI have a commercial rental with a large national dental tenant (they have about 200 clinics nationally).  

A week later we brought him back to the shelter.We didn't do our due diligence, the dog had major health and hygiene issues my wife was not comfortable with, the dog and our existing cat were in literal pissing wars over territory, and lo and behold -- my wife never. wanted. a. dog.

Practice good hygiene. 

My disgusting tenant is a retired Harvard grad and fully mobile but I guess they don't teach cleanliness or hygiene at Harvard.It's ironic because I have a buddy who's a landlord in Maryland and his tenant literally destroyed his bedroom door, smoked inside, holes in wall, AND didn't pay rent but still had to go through the process, took 1-2 months and ultimately he won the eviction and was awarded damages/backpay but his tenant plead broke so he had to go back to warrant in debt court to garnish his wages which isn't guaranteed but at least he won that too.

They include some recommendations across all three phases including good personal hygiene and employers developing policies to ensure social distancing, testing and contact tracing.Phase one includes much of the current lockdown measures such as avoiding non-essential travel and not gathering in groups.
