Could you recommend a trustworthy and cost-effective company for this? 

I have five houses in Memphis area, and the biggest problem has been finding a good property management company. 

I started my career with the renovations team renovating the houses we buy, and with the property management company working with our residents and our maintenance teams.

Will the title company put this property under our LLC name, and won’t be required to legally inform HUD/tax authorities. - will it influence property taxes once we move to conventional loan in 3 yrs?

The bank and mortgage company we are using is giving us a hard time about us co-signing due to my separation and new job due to only having been separated a couple weeks now.
