I bought it because I feel unusually strong creative energy whenever I'm there (no kidding, I can't explain it).Unlike most ranches, it's used as a meeting place for my private conferences and mastermind groups.

I'm considering the idea of starting up a Mastermind Group in the Chandler Arizona area.

I have spoken with people in the past who have paid thousands (even tens of thousands) for 'guru' courses and 'mastermind' courses when all they really had to do was find this place and read read read.
