Just here to dig deeper in real estate. Currently own two properties, one is a single family residence I've rented out since 2008. The other is my current home. My goals in the next couple of years are to sell both properties and move on to the next primary residence purchase.

Doing upgrades and improvements on both properties along the way. Both houses were purchased at great interest rates and at good times in the market (better to be lucky than smart in my case) ;) so I'm in good shape value wise.
