Hello Bigger Pockets community!

I have been around the Real Estate industry my entire life.  My father was a drafter and builder.  I have experience in building, rentals, flipping, management company and have been a licensed Real Estate Broker for 14 years now.  I love all aspects of this industry.  I am looking forward to seeing what Bigger Pockets is all about.

2nd Tuesday eve of every month - REI Happy Hour at the Barrel. Questions contact me or @Paul Choate (No gurus or product pitches allowed.)

4th Tuesday @ noon of every month - REI Luncheon at Dot Woh Garden in OKC but follow @Paul Choat because it has grown so big that it may need to be moved! (A great problem to have!) ;-)
