New member from Carol Stream Illinois

I am a fairly new member in BP Pro from Carol Stream, IL. My background has been in accounting in a variety of industries, including a homebuilder, then a couple real estate companies. I started my LLC in 2014 after taking numerous real estate courses. Currently a member of CCIA and Chicago REIA. I've taken the 6 week course with Andrew Holmes (2/5/7) as well as studied numerous other courses with Laura Al Amery, Rick Dawson, Coach Mitchell, Shawn Buige, Joanne Musa & Larry Goins. I enjoy going to meetings, educating myself and meeting new investors. Looking to build long term relationships and/or partnerships as well. I'm focusing mainly on finding properties that are tax delinquent to wholesale or acquire for cash flow. My goal is to be able to accumulate enough properties to be comfortable in retirement and leave something for my children. I look forward to meeting other BP members and hopefully do some transactions together.

"If anyone is looking to pick up properties on the cheap, many of my clients have been working with a real estate agent who represents a lot of tax buyers who are selling tax deeds or tax certificates that are ripe to go to tax deed.
