I have a non-residential commercial mastermind and the fee started at $2500 in season 1. 

Maybe you have some thoughts on if this is feasible.I will absolutely put a pin in the NorCal Real Estate Mastermind meet-up.

Hi everyone, in my research into investing in STRs I've come across a "Mastermind" group called "Vodyssey". 

Many of them are posers - I smile and nod, knowing that their posing will make an impression on many who dream of quick wealth, and that their incredibly transparent bullsh** will eventually blow up in their face, leading to no lasting wealth and potentially major problems for themselves and everyone associated with them.Many of these students receive referral fees if they are able to sign up other people to the expensive ($5K+) coaching programs, masterminds, mentorships, or tribes.

I personally spend about 50K a year in masterminds and always get my money back just through network of individuals you get access to.

I literally have only encountered one other FB "Mastermind" group with a dumber group of people.
