My name is Michael Otis. I'm an IT Consultant/Web Developer in Des Moines, IA. I have always had an affinity for real estate given both my brothers are very successful at it, which has always peaked my interest. I've spent countless hours reading about real estate and analyzing deals. My general idea for a life in real estate would be a progressive approach. I would like to obviously start with a single family home or a duplex and use a FHA 203k loan. After that, I would like to move to larger projects, I love projects that really push me and make me think.
