If a single road is getting 30k plus cars a day then typically the state DOT will want to widen to 4 lanes on each side to accomodate up to 50k to 60k cars a day.

Am I under any type of obligation to provide them with a hotel night, or other accomodation like a generator or anything since they will be without power for a day?

Perhaps they will be more accomodating than you think, or if you can find a partner with good credit, that would do the trick for one of them.You could also contact a credit counselor although, in all likelihood, there's little they could do for you since it sounds like you're not having any trouble now, it's just that bankruptcy in the past.

I have a tenant in a mobile home that broke her leg ( not on my property) and is at a rehab facility. The facility called and demanded I install a handicap ramp and rails for her. My contractor says this will cost $80...

Look into it, and maybe focus on lenders who can accomodate.

That said,  places without onsite laundry do rent but its probably a big disadvantage especially for what would otherwise be a good size unit that would likely accomodate a small family.If you weren't on good relations with the last tenant AND they were renting to airbnb guests I wouldn't put too much stock in any of their complaints. 

If you can get good accomodations for a lower price elsewhere rent it out.
