Rent Free After High School?!
Hi BP Community!
My parents have a 100% paid off home in a nearby city that they rent out to other people. After High School they said they would let my sister and I stay there. It is two floors, 3 bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms, and they have offered it to us for very minimal to no rent at all. It may be a silly question, what what do you think I should do? Should my sister and I rent it out to others while staying in an apartment? Should I stay in the home and rent out the other room? Any and all advice would be much appreciated.
