I want to BRRRR but this bankrupcy!
Hey guys. I am a future investor. I really want to invest and hold using the BRRRR method. I have read over 20 books. I am spending time educating my self and I feel I'm ready to get started. However, I went through a divorce a year and a half ago and I had no choice but to file chapter 7 bankruptcy. It was discharged November 2020. I am pulling out around 50k of my retirement in about a year to get started.
So, I believe I would have trouble finding a lender to refinance my project which would be a big problem.
What do you guys suggest? Any bankrupcy success stories out there?
Thanks for your time.
