I will be posting pictures in the next 24 hours and try to fill in the details of the last 2 months as best I can ;-)  Most of the delay in finishing this flip can be attributed to this being my first flip and having a GC that had a lot of overlap between two different projects.

There is not as much overlap as some would think.Being an agent might be perfect for you.

From August 2005 until Jan 2006 I had 5 projects going several of them overlapping.

Have overlapping protection.

Your insurance policies might seem like they overlap, but they don't.They'll be able to sort thru who pays pretty quickly.

For me your D would be F = War zone,D would be section 8/low income,C would be blue collar/laborer - salary varies with localB would be as you said except again salary varies with geography.A would be as you said.There can be lots of overlap for D and F.

Would have replaced the hardware but these particular inset overlap hinges were not to be had.

Turkey and quail kinda overlap in the spring here.

There is one in Waltham that is easy coming from Wayland the 2nd location is in Worcester and since you have property there that would be worth looking into as well (They have different speakers and topics each month and there is some but not a ton of overlap in attendees).

If you want to try out more there are several both north and south of Boston beyond the ones she mentioned (Including a 2nd meeting of Black Diamond in Waltham that has a different topic than the Worcester meeting and not a ton of overlap in attendance so worth going to for the additional networking opportunities).
