Hello-
I'm new to BiggerPockets. I've been interested in rehabbing properties for a long time, and deciding that I finally need to act on it. I live in the Metro-West area of Boston, work in the pharmaceutical industry as a day job, and my husband and I gutted and rehabbed our first home in Worcester, MA ourselves (okay, we did contract out refinishing the floors and exterior paint, but nothing else). Now we are renting that house out, but I am interested in getting into rehabbing and selling, rather than buy and hold.
I'm interested in networking with others in this area, so please introduce yourselves!

Welcome Julie!

I highly recommend checking out J Scott's books on Flipping as well as his blog 123flip.com. Danny Johnson at Flippingjunkie has an extremely detailed and informative blog also. My two favorites; both were on the bigger pockets podcast which is definitely worth checking out if you haven't already.

Why are you interested in rehab as opposed to other strategies?
