Got the fever....
So I finished my first rehab a month ago...I was beat. I spent a couple weeks just kinda hangin around, it was nice. But now - I just want to get into the next one. I got a nice 50k payday coming at the end of the month, but its close enough that I can shop again. So I spent a couple days shopping the MLS - guess what? No deals there...big surprise...spent all day breaking into vacant properties...maybe some to try for. Time to throw out another full scale marketing effort I suppose. Should be a little easier to shop this time around, considering the market.
But man - as much as the last one wore me out - I just can't wait to do it again.
