If there really are wasps, they must go.Having a nest on your property is different from having it on a neighbors property, or a random wasp flying around.If you send out wasp removers, and they find no nest, or its on a neighbors property---can you by your lease charge the renter for the service (if not maybe have him show you with a pic where its at--sometimes they go into a crack in the siding and you cannot see the nest.The rude behavior stuff--If it were me, I'd put my foot down and tell him to behave in a businesslike manner when he speaks to me (you might be able to just not renew his lease if you want).If it were mine, the door replacement timing is none of his business--he gets a new door when I decide he does.If it were mine, the mold thing--at least he cleaned it up--even f it was imaginary (or very slight)--no reimbursement for mask or chemicals...unless its in the lease.Good Luck!

A tiny bit of peeling paint, uneven sidewalk, overflow/relief pipe from the water heater not 18" off the floor, wobbly handrails, cracked pane of glass and the list goes on. 

Is peel and stick too good to be true?

I read somewhere that the second coat may peel off.

Stick and peel flooring is very easy to install and should last 20+ years on walls unless tenant destroys the house.

The poor agent tried everything to remove/mask the odor to no avail. 

Now what folks are trying to do is Johnny is partner and raising funds but if you peel the onion back Johnny is not really a partner as has no other duties. 

Sounds as though she is dangling that in front of you to mask alot of other issues.

Hisemployee painted the living room without filling two seams first and it was so messy, not masked. a huge mess.These things were at the end of day two....I went out there thinking I'd find it 90% done and those were the onlythings done and they were wrong.
