Man...does firing a contractor remind everyone else of a bad break up?

I spent all day carefully wording text messages to have written proof of earlier conversations. I'm in negations to get back my house key. Trying to recoop some of the money I wasted. Holy buckets.

I think I now need to apply to same rules to all men in my life- for dating or business- no one younger than me, no one I need to explain bonding primer to, and no one without a business card. oye vey.

ya lesson learned there. Everything we had em do was all things I could have done....so I figured he could handle it. He's a licensed GC.

I'm just glad itwas learned on small projects on a $50 trailer not on a flip of a  $400k house.
