Have anyone put stick and peel vinyl flooring on walls?

As title states, I have recently heard of this. Stick and peel flooring is very easy to install and should last 20+ years on walls unless tenant destroys the house. Probably needs to go with a neutral tone. Beats wallpaper since it's far more durable. I see mostly people using it to add accent, but honestly I'm sick of painting walls and want to stick vinyl everywhere.

Downside is if you need to cut drywall then you need to have spare on hand.

Has anyone done this that can share their experience?
