It's not like I can make a video of a testimonial with an agent/broker confirming that this stuff is legitimate.

Does anyone have solid recommendations and/or testimonials?  

I know that the team has multiple first-hand experience testimonials that they are willing to give you when you call as I spoke with a few investors before I did my initial investment.
