Commissions for Agents

Hey guys,

So, since I'm trying to build my Cash Buyers' List with agents (because apparently this is the way to get top-dollar deals from both agents and those they work with), how can I prove to the agents that they will get their commissions on the HUD with a real estate broker?

Also, how is it exactly that the agent will be paid on commission with the broker? I want to know to be able to explain to the agent. I've NEVER done a wholesale deal but I want to be able to explain and convince this to the agent with some credibility. It's not like I can make a video of a testimonial with an agent/broker confirming that this stuff is legitimate. It's only my 2nd day as a wholesaler.

Thanks,

Kevin
