When they say these things at our Massachusetts REIA, I just bite my tongue and hope they didn't get skinned too bad from the latest "Pickie Duster" guru who came through town.Oh the other Newbie sign is that they want to build a TEAM and set up an LLC.When I do meet someone starting out, because I do engage them before and at the beginning of our meetings, and if they're sincere and willing to work at it, I'll have them speak to someone who IS doing it.
