Newbie from Central Florida

Hello I just wanted to introduce myself the the BP community! My name is Andrew and I live in Central Florida. I relocated here just over a year ago from NJ . I have absolutely no background in real estate investing, however I am not going to let that stop me. I am very interested to learn as much as I can from all of you. I have been lurking on the boards for the past 2 weeks reading everything I can and have to say I a very impressed with how helpful everyone is to one another. I am also a member of the CFRI association. My current short term goal is within 6 months to purchase my first investment property.
