I am new BP member from Saint Louis MO. I have found this website filled with great information (Thanks Josh!!). I so wish I would have found this site back in 2010 when I started investing. I am a buy and hold investor, concentrating close to my home in West St.Louis County. I bought all my properties off the mls, but need to expand beyond it since the good deals are drying up. I am finding great information on this website that will help me figure out other avenues to finding properties in my area.
