Take the plunge on the first property, and it will force you to learn a lot very, very quickly.

Hello everyone well after watching dozens of youtube clips and reading some articles here, I've decided to take the plunge into REI!

So excited to meet other folks who decided to take the plunge into REI!

I will definitely be mentioning it along with the hope of getting pocket listings if any ever come around (but that will probably take some time).That is what I working to do, don't want to take the plunge until I know I feel at least somewhat confident in my decision.
