Hello everyone well after watching dozens of youtube clips and reading some articles here, I've decided to take the plunge into REI! After working for someone all my life, I have found out that I want financial freedom and independence. And real estate is where that happens. I'm just starting out and have an interest in wholesaling to build a little capital before I look into buy and hold. I eventually want to own properties on a large scale and hopefully even own some apartments. Anyways I just moved to Amarillo about 3 years ago after getting out of the military. Started doing some driving for dollars and getting my ducks lined up. Hope to get to know some of you here!
