My name is Roland T Craddolph, and I live in the Greater KC area. I am completely new to the real estate investing world, and looking forward to learning more about it. I am a Business Process Architect at Commerce Bank, who is looking to start building wealth and retire early to spend more time with my family and friends without stressing about work anymore. My goal right now, is to find my first single family home for buy and hold investing. I found out about BiggerPockets during a Real Estate Meetup Group in August. I’ve been running through Podcast and now books since then, and finally took the plunge to join.
