I have a particular interest in islands, as my long-term goal is to captain a catamaran and offer tours for snorkeling, sunset cruises, etc.I'm interested in places that offer great ROI without being overly expensive.

In summary, seek a captain of the ship and leader at the helm.

He would subsequently dismantle the house, ship the materials salvaged By container load to the U.S, and sell the now empty estate to a developer.

& later our children.....and still learning new ways to work through things together; how to build up our marriage with love and honor and respect for my husband; also still learning how important it is to remember that we're on the same ship, together — often in deep, scary seas, and remember that he's my husband, not my child or brother and how, too often, I feel that I know what's best, and too often I try to force my opinion, or my wants, but also how in the end, I'm not always right and my way is not always best (or even all that often even all that good, when I really step back & open my heart & swallow my pride -- even when it felt so strongly that way before the arguments that I caused.  

@Kinnari Pandya  I look to invest in the fastest growing areas, wher epeople are moving TO, where construction is booming, rising tide raises all ships, etc. 

My only order in the last several days was in the name of Erin Lucas, and that shipped out yesterday.

I then submit the order and within a couple business hours they give me a quote back, if I approve the quote everything from multiple websites is ordered and shipped where I need the items to go.

More likely, it is an inexperienced sponsor raising money from inexperienced passive investors (and experienced ones that opted to take the risk on an inexperienced sponsor) who got in way over his head and had no idea how to right this ship. 

But how many people actually run a tight perfect ship in compliance with every single law, rule and regulation?
