They can result in increased rent.For example, a complaint that a kitchen does not have a dishwasher is certainly valid for a renter who wants one.

- Start of the lease date 4/22- Start of the year 2020- When it is no longer our primary residence (when we move out) I was planning on moving out a couple weeks before 4/10 or so, and using the time in between to paint, possibly replace a dishwasher, polish concrete floors ($3600).

If one unit has a single occupant with a fridge and stove and the second unit has two people with a fridge stove, dishwasher, and washer/dryer, then the second unit will use more water and electric and should pay a higher price.Set a hard limit of what's included with rent.
