Contacted by someone interested in subleasing my apartment

I’m advertising my apartment in a number of spots, apartment.com being one. I got this message today from someone.

"My husband and I are leasing properties in the area to expand our business. We provide temporary housing for guests , family's and people in town on business. Is it possible to sublease in your unit tour guess we would of course be responsible for the rent every month and utilities not our guests. I've been doing this for 4 years now please contact me if you have any questions we are willing to pay $100 more in rent every month".

This sounds terrific to me, which makes me wary. Does this pass the smell test with those who have more experience or am I being to wary? Thanks in advance.
