Somehow I still got lured into attending those free seminars that lead into paid 3 day workshops that were nothing more than a very long infomercial.

I have been to his seminar 2 years ago, and then went to the workshop.

Alex Deacon runs Saturday workshops in Bridgeville which I would love to attend if I didn't have family obligations.

Thanks to this forum I decided not to join a REI group I was attending the workshop of for the last two days and put that money into eduction and our first investment property.

Someone mentioned take all the money up front that is not the way a fix and flip loan works.  Hope
