Thanks to this forum I decided not to join a REI group I was attending the workshop of for the last two days and put that money into eduction and our first investment property. We're just starting and understand that we need a team of professionals, but I first need the knowledge. We understand the concept of buying speed and are willing to do so. So I'm looking for recommendations for books, programs, people and anything else that will help us go from wholesale to Fix and flip, to eventually commercial property. Thank you very much!
