Moving to Pittsburgh

Hi all,

I thought I would introduce myself to the local Pittsburgh forum in addition to the New Member forum.

My family and I will be moving from Florida to Pittsburgh at the end of this year to be closer to family and I am very excited to jump into real estate investing. My main interest is in buy-and-hold rentals to generate passive income. My only experience so far has been my primary residence, but I have been diligently educating myself and will continue to until we are settled in up there and I feel ready to start investing.

I plan to start attending the local REIA meetings as soon as we make the move. I know networking is a high priority in this business and I look forward to connecting with the local players.
