I do not do SFR but an example would be an investor wanting a property for 50k in a nice area that throws off 1,000 in rent when all the data says all these properties are transacting with multiple offers at 75,000.

A private investigator or skip tracer might help but actually I'm not sure throwing more money out to find him would payoff as the authorities will be looking for him popping up.If it were me, I'd post the guy's name and company name stating the facts, it would certainly give notice to others and he's in no position to do anything if you state the true facts.

Use the money for small things like earnest money or marketing ($1,000 - 3,000) per deal, but don't throw all his money into one deal and hope it wins.

You should have done that.I would re-file with the ", et al" language on the notice so that you can get the cousin out. 68th District is notoriously hard on landlords and if you don't follow the process to a tee, the judge is likely to throw the case out.
