Hello BP,

My name is James, I live in San Antonio, Tx and I am very happy to find this online community. Quite frankly it's a lot like trying to drink from a fire hydrant. I am jumping into the real estate game with both feet, and I'm really interested in the benefits that multi-family properties bring. I have a few family members that I'm looking to bring into some deals with me, but of course I want to connect with anyone on BP that has multi-family interests. Beyond that, I'm learning a lot from this site about building a marketing machine that will create a flow of deals, which seems to be the name of the game.

I welcome any connections from folks in San Antonio and south Texas. Let's meet for coffee!

Best,

James
