I've done countless hours research on wholesaling online, networked with ppl @ REI meetings, and purchased material from libraries.

I attended a rich dad poor dad seminar yesterday in search of tools but I felt like it was a sales pitch, I did end up getting suckered into the 3 day seminar by which Iam thankful for this site after researching that I can do my own studying for free or pickup books from libraries or online.

I have no PC comment!!!

I also feel like everything I need to know to actually get homes built could be learned on the internet and from my library and all the licenses needed can be hired.

Even going to the library to cold call is better than staying at home or maybe it's just me who gets lazy when I'm home.

Or, not sure if your library has this, but my library has the Hoopla app where I can digitally borrow ebooks or audiobooks for free.

But later listened to the wise words of a old man at the library "The first step is investing in yourself" and that's what led me to worry about my health and overall knowledge allowing me to lose 65 Lbs and picking up books like Rich dad poor dad ,The book of real estate investing by Brandon Turner (which led me here to BP) Unf*ck yourself by Gary john bishop and many more.

There is a park and a library right across the street.   

All I have is the information for her son (will, birth certificate, etc) and obviously the address where she owned a house and lived for a period.I've tried calling some private investigators, using a few (free) online people search websites, I've even gone to the Library of Virginia to search their databases for obituaries and such, all with no luck. 

., every time I say Merry Christmas some smartie says it isn't Christmas yet, plus the PC police is just waiting for their next victim. lol  I'll update my post though cause I agree.
