I'm new to real estate investing, and I'm jump starting the plan with developing my business; I found the name I wanted, and I'd like to know if its a better idea to register the company as an LLC or Corp? (S) Corp specifically?

I was told that it would be much more beneficial in the longrun to go with the (S) Corp, just wanted a second, professional opinion...thanx in advance.
