If a real estate agent allows you to make a wise decision based on price and location , then not using an agent is "penny wise and pound foolish".

Anyways, 15 years, one baby and 25 pounds later, I've decided that enough is enough!

Also, educate yourself on door knocking scripts and tactics, then start pounding the pavement!
