What Am I Doing Wrong
Hello Everyone,
I am new to bigger pockets and I am also just launching into my real estate investment career. I decided to start with wholesaling, and I went ahead with using the bandit sign method. I am currently located in South Florida and I was wondering if anyone had any tips or methods on how to get people calling. I have been putting out my signs saying "I Buy Houses Cash, We Buy Houses" etc but I haven't gotten any calls yet. Any help would be greatly appreciated :). Also if there are any other South Florida investors out there, I would love to get together and talk Real Estate. Thanks!

If you're tight on cash like I was, do the following.
1. Drive for dollars and make a list of houses.
2. Go to the county assessor and obtain owner name and mailing address.
3. Mail merge letters to the excel list, print letters and mail them. Hand address the letters.
4. If you're willing to go above and beyond (which you should be), get intelius (20/mo) and cold call your leads.
It's very cost efficient to do this process but also very effective. You'll make up your lack of money with time, so be prepared to work for it!
