New Investor Seeks Mentor & Partnerships

Hi there. My interest in real estate goes back 15 YEARS! I've read the books and try my best to stay up to date with the market. I tell everybody how passionate I am about real estate... and it's true. I am borderline obsessed with real estate. But I have taken on a very passive approach in terms of my involvement. Anyways, 15 years, one baby and 25 pounds later, I've decided that enough is enough! Books alone are not gonna cut it! Bigger Pockets is my first step towards something greater for my life and my family. I am jumping all in and I am looking for a mentor (promise not to waste your time!) and some partnerships to help get me through my first deal. I keep hearing that money is everywhere... so let's just see how true that is!
